1. Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha)

This product contains standardized root extracts of Ashwagandha. While traditionally revered as a Rasayana, individuals should exercise caution.

Consequently, the use of Ashwagandha-containing supplements is strictly contraindicated for pregnant individuals, lactating mothers, and those diagnosed with thyroid disorders or liver conditions.

2. Bacopa monnieri (Brahmi)

Consistent with historical usage, individuals taking prescription sedatives, acetylcholinesterase inhibitors, or those with diagnosed cardiovascular arrhythmias must consult a qualified medical professional prior to use.

3. Terminalia arjuna (Arjuna)

Traditionally used for cardiovascular well-being. High-purity sourcing protocols are maintained to prevent quality issues or adulteration. Individuals on cardiovascular medications should consult a physician before use.

4. Boswellia serrata (Shallaki)

The oleo-gum-resin extract is subject to industry-known adulteration risks, where citric acid (6% to 11%) may be added to pass standard quality tests. VESKARI maintains independent third-party purity verification for all Boswellia sourcing.
