Thank you for choosing VESKARI. This Shipping Policy details our processing times, delivery guidelines, and operational parameters for domestic shipping within India, operated by Mimoradny Veskora.
1. Shipping Jurisdictions
We currently offer domestic shipping to valid operational addresses within the territory of India. We do not support direct international dispatch or overseas shipping through the online storefront at this time.
2. Processing and Dispatch Timelines
All standard orders are processed and handed over to our third-party logistics partners within 2 business days upon successful receipt and verification of payment via Razorpay.
Orders placed on Sundays or national public holidays will be queued for processing on the subsequent business day.
3. Delivery Estimates
Once dispatched, standard delivery is typically completed within 3 to 7 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination location, shipping zone, and carrier conditions.
- Metropolitan Areas: 3–5 business days.
- Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 4–6 business days.
- Regional & Remote Areas: 5–7 business days.
4. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping is offered free of charge for all domestic orders of VESKARI Core Wellness completed directly via our secure online checkout interface.
5. Shipment Tracking
Upon dispatch, a shipping confirmation email containing the carrier details and unique tracking number will be delivered to your registered email address. You can monitor the package delivery status directly on the logistics carrier’s online tracking portal.
6. Delivery Issues and Claims
If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, or if you receive a package that is damaged or open, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims for damage, transit loss, or missing units must be accompanied by photographic evidence or video proof of unboxing and emailed directly to customer support at mimoradny@gmail.com.
