This platform uses a static architecture and does not operate a persistent user database. When a transaction is initiated, personal information is processed directly by the payment partner, Razorpay. This data includes:
- Contact details (Full Name, Email Address, and Telephone Number).
- Physical delivery details (Shipping and Billing Addresses).
- Transaction metadata (Razorpay Order ID, Payment ID, and Signature hashes).
The platform does not collect, view, or store payment card numbers, banking credentials, or UPI personal identification numbers. All sensitive payment details are encrypted and processed directly by Razorpay in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
2. Legal Basis for Processing
For visitors within India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), data is processed under the following legal bases:
- Contractual Fulfillment: To process and deliver the purchased product.
- Legal Compliance: To maintain accurate sales records, tax invoices, and financial reports required by national authorities.
3. Third-Party Data Sharing
Personal information is shared only with parties necessary for order fulfillment:
- Razorpay: Payment processing and transaction verification.
- Logistics partners: Shipping and delivery of physical products.
Mimoradny Veskora does not sell, rent, or trade personal data to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.
4. Cookies & Analytics
This static platform does not deploy tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or retargeting pixels. No behavioral profiling or user tracking is performed. Razorpay may set essential session cookies required for payment processing functionality.
5. Data Retention & User Rights
Fulfillment records are retained only as long as necessary to complete delivery, handle returns, or satisfy tax and accounting requirements mandated by Indian law.
Users have the right to:
- Access any personal data held about them.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of their personal information.
