Refund & Cancellation Policy

Mimoradny Veskora operates under a strict fulfillment protocol to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction.
1. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not already been dispatched for delivery. To request a cancellation, the buyer must send a written request to mimoradny@gmail.com with the Razorpay Order ID and registered email address.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and wellness products, returns on opened items are not accepted for hygiene and safety reasons. If a buyer receives a damaged or incorrect product, notification must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage.
If a refund is approved for a damaged item, the credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Products that have been opened or partially consumed.
- Damage caused by improper storage or handling by the buyer after delivery.
- Requests submitted after the 48-hour reporting window for damaged goods.
4. Shipping Policy
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of successful payment verification. Domestic delivery within India generally completes within 3–7 business days depending on the delivery location.
