Terms of Service & Merchandising Contract

1. Scope of the Agreement

By accessing the VESKARI platform and purchasing products, users agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of India, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the registered location of Mimoradny Veskora.

2. Eligibility

By initiating a transaction through the Razorpay checkout interface, the buyer confirms that the buyer is at least eighteen (18) years of age and possesses the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the applicable laws of the buyer's jurisdiction.

3. Shipping & Delivery

By initiating a transaction through the Razorpay checkout interface, the buyer agrees that:

• Products are currently available for shipping only within the territory of India.
• Orders are processed and dispatched within the specified timelines upon successful payment verification.
• Mimoradny Veskora relies on trusted third-party logistics partners for delivery and is not liable for unforeseen delays caused by force majeure events or carrier issues.

4. Product Representation & Warranties

The platform provides precise details regarding ingredient origins, standardization ratios, and manufacturing batches. However, individual physiological responses to Ayurvedic botanicals may vary. No performance guarantees, wellness outcomes, or physical alterations are promised or implied by the brand.

5. Products & Pricing

All product prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees). Prices for products are subject to change without notice. Mimoradny Veskora reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without liability to any party.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including text, graphics, product imagery, design elements, and the VESKARI wordmark — is the property of Mimoradny Veskora and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction without express written consent is prohibited.

7. Indemnification

The buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mimoradny Veskora, its officers, directors, and suppliers from any claims, losses, liabilities, or legal fees arising from the misuse of the products or any violation of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mimoradny Veskora, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use of VESKARI products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby Mimoradny Veskora provides services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at the registered business address of Mimoradny Veskora.
